    Vitamin A
    Synthetic Source: Vitamin A Palmitate, Retinyl Acetate or Vitamin A Acetate from Methanol, Benzene & Petroleum Esters
    Natural Source: Fish Oils, Carrots, Lemon Grass, D. Salina Algae, Spinach
    Beta Carotene
    Synthetic Source: Unless whole food-source listed, all are synthetic from Benzene extracted from acetylene gas
    Natural Source: Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, D. Salina Algae, Spinach

    Vitamin B1
    Synthetic Source: Thiamine Mononitrate, Thiamine Hydrochloride or Thiamin Chloride from Coal Tar derivatives, Hydrochloric Acid & Acetonitrole with Ammonia.
